I supported the owner, Zoe Flaherty for 2 years. This international language training and software business based in Milan have redefined their vision and purpose, aligned their key stakeholders and developed their platform for growth over that period. They have subsequently expanded into France and diversified their client base in Italy, whilst improving their staff recruitment and utilisation.

This investment in learning and development, coaching and training and culture has allowed TLG to leverage their people asset, maintain a set of behaviours that support remote working and delivering client excellence.
