Nordens

I have been supporting Nordens Accountants since 2014. In that time they have won 15 awards including The British Accountancy Awards for Best Independent firm of the year for East England for 3 years running. Nordens have achieved 400% growth, have grown from 13 to 62 staff and have acquired two businesses over that period. I have been coaching the directors to build that future foundation and align around their shared Vision, coaching the managers on their leadership and management skills and running training programmes bespoke to Nordens unique style and skill set.

4Ps marketing

I supported a SEO and marketing agency from their inception in 2008 to overseeing 130 staff 10 years later, where they sold for an 8 figure sum. I worked with the owners and senior management team to build the foundation for that growth and with their staff on their own leadership, management skills and soft skills over that 10 year period. I delivered a comprehensive learning and development programme with coaching and training packages for the owners; coaching and mentoring for management and extensive training courses for their staff.

The language grid

I supported the owner of The Language grid for 2 years. This international language training business based in Milan have redefined their vision and purpose, aligned their key stakeholders and developed their platform for growth over that period. They have subsequently expanded into France and diversified their client base in Italy, whilst improving their staff recruitment and utilisation. This investment in learning and development, coaching and training and culture has allowed TLG to leverage their people asset, maintain a set of behaviours that support remote working and delivering client excellence.

Forest Group

Management training for senior managers of umbrella finance group 2015-16. Supporting founders to exit in 2016.
