What makes your culture special?
I have worked for hundreds of organisations in my time in the UK from the world of education, to sport, to Corporates and SME's. What makes me remember the special ones are the investment they put into their people and the culture they achieve. A big congrats to people like Matthew Phelan 郎麦楚 and Chris Hyland , Mark Norden and his team at Nordens, James McLaughlin at Cure Leukaemia, Ben Garrity at Rocket Mill, Roy McGowan, David Hart, Will Durden at Momentum Transport Consultancy and the 100's of people that worked with them (too many to name).
